Refund and Return Policy

At Herio, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product received is expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery
  • The item delivered does not match your order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All original labels, seals, and invoices must be intact
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Orders placed during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@herio.in within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return
  • Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup if approved

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a refund will be processed, and you may place a new order separately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
