We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro and remote areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Herio will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and products.
